Q: How long will my delivery take?

A: Your order should be with you within 2-3 working days a maximum of 14 working days from the date order depending on delivery destination.

 

Q: Can i choose my delivery time/date?

A: There isn’t a facility that currently offers this options.

 

Q: I haven’t received a confirmation email

A: An automatic email would have been sent to the email address that was submitted. If a confirmation email is not received within 24hours of the order being placed please contact us at info@misternmis.com

 

Q: What payment methods can i use?

A: We only accept PayPal

 

Q: It is asking for a security code. Where can I find this?

A: The card security code is the last three digits on the signature strip the reverse your credit card.

 

Q: It is asking for an issue number but I do not have one.

A: This is usually only applicable to debit cards i.e Solo, please ignore this box if it is not applicable to you.

 

Q: When will the payment be taken from my account?

A: Payments will be taken when you place the order.

 

Q: How can i track my order?

A: To track your order please check the tracking number provided with your order or contact us at info@misternmiss.com

 

Q: How will my order be delivered?

A: It will be delivered by royal mail or by other couriers.

 

Q: I will not be home is it possible to deliver my parcel to my work address or an alternative?

A: Yes. You are able to specify an alternative address for delivery.

 

Q: How do I know if stock is available?

A: If the item you have ordered is unavailable or temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you via email or SMS message as soon as possible.

 

Q: How do I know what size to order my clothing or footwear in?
